By signing below, you acknowledge the information stated above and agree to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by Power Cheer! for the 2003 - 2004 competition season. You also agree to both the financial and time commitments involved. If you chose to leave Power Cheer! you agree to pay for all past due monthly fees and uniform expenses as well as any competitions that you attended this season. If you do not pay for these fees, you understand that you will be taken to a collection agency and that you will be responsible for any fees associated with that agency.
